Performed the level 2 package cleaning. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 41°. High limit passed the safety check. AC: No leaks detected. Capacitor tested low. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures showed a minor overcharge. I reclaimed half a pound of 410 and the pressures stabilized. Subcool was 14° with a 17° temp split. I recommended replacing the capacitor due to condition. All equipment is operating properly at this time.
