Performed AC clean and tune; inspected the condenser electrical compartment and tested components fan motor failed and capacitor showing signs of future failure, sprayed condenser with coil cleaner, cycled the system on and checked pressures and temps system is sitting at 3 degrees of sub cooling with a 15 degree temp split. This system is currently operating but due to age, condition, and cost to repair I highly recommended looking into getting this system replaced. Job complete
