No cool. Found that customer had taken door patch off of furnace and pulled coil out a few inches. Customer stated that unit is icing up from sometime over the weekend and again yesterday. Checked for leaks with electronic refrigerant sniffer. Found very large indication of a major leak. Unable to even get the probe into the plenum. Cycled system. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Indoor coil temp was 5 degrees. System is almost completely empty of refrigerant from major leak on indoor coil. Due to age, cost and condition of unit second opinion is recommended. System unable to cool in current condition. Second opinion set for today. Job complete. No charges pending second opinion results.
