No cool. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, found weak indications of possible leak. Cycled system. Contactor pulled, no fan or compressor. Replaced capacitor. Cycled unit. Fan started, no compressor. Unable to unwire compressor to test due to wires seized onto contactor. Hooked up hard start kit, compressor still not starting. Hooked up gauges and found system low on R-22 refrigerant. Unable to get model, make, or serial number due to age and ware. Customer believes it is over 20 years old. Second opinion to be set up. Second opinion set for 10am today with Dan F. Charges pending results of second opinion. Not cooling at this time. Job complete.
