Performed AC clean and tune; inspected the condenser electrical compartment and tested components capacitor and contactor showing signs of wear as well as the fan motor is currently running at 60%, sprayed condenser with coil cleaner and checked pressures which do seem off, inspected evaporator coil and did see substantial dust, system is currently operating but future failure is expected.
