Pkg clean and tune. Ac. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, no indications of leak found. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Capacitor and contactor are normal. Compressor and fan motor tested normal. Found condenser coil plugged with cottonwood. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found system lower on charge. Indoor coil temp was 25. Subcooling was 0. Added 1pound of R410-A refrigerant to system and rechecked pressures. Coil temp is now at 40, subcooling is now 10 degrees and indoor temp split is 19. This will cause system to run more efficiently. System operating normal at this time. Cycled furnace. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor, both ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Normal levels of CO and XS air found in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.
