No heat on the furnace and fireplace. I found the pilot was out on the fireplace. I relit the pilot. Fireplace is working. I cycled the furnace. Nothing turned on. I performed voltage checks. Found the thermostat has failed. I quoted repairs and maintenance. Anthony is going to replace the thermostat himself.
