Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Found ventor motor very loud. Bearings are worn. Checked heat exchanger. Found it very rusted. Some indications of cracks forming. Checked for CO in airstream, none found. Normal levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. Vibration from blower motor. System has signs of major water damage due to a pipe that broke above furnace. Furnace and surrounding area was greatly effected by the water, According to the customer. System is worn and future failer is expected, however he system is operating normal at this time.
