Performed pkg clean and tune as well as a safety check in the mini split system. Checked wiring and electrical on the AC. Tested compressor, ok. Checked capacitor and contactor, ok at this time. Cleaned coil. Hooked up gauges to system and checked temps and pressures, ok. Subcooloing was 10. Super heat was 11. Split was 20. Compressor is very loud and has some knocking to it. Will continue to monitor to ensure operation. Also, major vibrations from condenser fan motor. Mini split. Cleaned coil, checked electrical system, ok. Checked cooling. Temp was 42 on evap coil. System operating normal at this time. Furnace. Cycled system. Blower is very loud. Bearing ware on ventor and blower motor. Found some water damage in burner compartment. Cleaned system. Checked heat exchanger. Tested for CO in airstream, none. Normal CO and XS air in exhaust. Both the AC and furnace have signs of ware. Average life of these systems are 14 years. Job completed. Office to bill for service.
