Performed furnace start up; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, sniffed the gas line for possible leaks, sniffed the A coil for possible refrigerant leaks, as well as performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. I did find a substantial amount of dust on the underside of the A coil this could potentially cause issues with the cooling system during the summer as well as put a strain on the furnace during the winter months. This is also an indication that the filter in place is not working the way it should it is allowing dirt/dust to the system I am including a quote for an electronic air cleaner this filter takes place of the current 14x20x1 filter but carries an electronic charge acting like a magnet for those tiny particles that are getting through the current filter. This sytem is currently operating normal at this time and heating at 55 degrees at this time. Job complete
