Performed furnace clean and tune; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, removed and cleaned the burners along with the flame sensor, cycled the system on and checked gas pressures and did make an adjustment, as well as performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. This system is 10+ years old average life span on these systems is about 14 years. As it sits we just replaced an inducer motor, the transition assembly is cracked and will need to be replaced, the igniter did test weak and I do foresee issues in the future, as well as the heat exchanger has a substantial amount of rust which is an indication of future issues as well. Do the age, condition, and cost to repair I highly recommend looking into our options and comparing the cost of replacement to repair. Job complete
