Pkg clean and tune. Cycled ac. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Compressor tested ok along with fan motor. Capacitor ok. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Condenser coil very clogged and dirty. Cleaned condenser. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Indoor temp was 41, subcooling was 10, indoor temp split was 19. System operating normal at this time. Cycled furnace. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Checked electrical connections and clamps. Che Jed gas pressure and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked for levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. Normal levels found. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Cycled aprilaire system and replaced water panel. Adjusted water pressures due to homeowner stating that the moisture level was lower this last year. Replaced 213 filter as well. Job complete.
