Pkg clean and tune. Furnace. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked igniter, tested ok. Checked wiring and venting. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked levels of CO and XS air in exhaust, both were normal. No CO in airstream. Checked filter, still time left on filter. Left 4 pack of filters. Ac. Cycled system. Cleared drain line. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Capacitor and contactor are normal. Compressor and fan motor tested ok. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Indoor coil temp was 38, subcooling was 9, indoor temp split was 17. Both systems operating normal at this time. Job complete.
