Completed AC and gas furnace replacement. Recovered refrigerant from old AC and disconnected it. Disconnected the old furnace and set new furnace on blocks in its place. Reconnected the electric, ductwork and thermostat wiring. Ran a new copper gas line from the natural gas meter to a 4 place manifold, and then hard piped into the furnace. Ran new 2†pvc venting from the furnace to the exterior of the home. Ran a new drain line for the furnace and AC to the floor drain. Installed a new T6 WiFi thermostat. Flushed AC lineset and reconnected to the new condenser and coil. Pressurized the lineset with approximately 325 psi nitrogen to test for leaks. We will return in the spring to finish the start up procedure on the AC unit when it is warmer. Run tested the furnace but will still need a technician start up.
