Came out to perform (2) level 2 furnace cleanings on both units. The igniter for the north unit cracked during inspection and was replaced free of charge. The south unit has blower motor bearings that are wearing out. Both heat exchangers have minor rust and are chipping. Units are both heating properly at this time. We will return with the filters.
