Pkg clean and tune. Ac. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Found capacitor and contactor free of rust and corrosion. Compressor and fan motor tested normal. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Unable to check pressures and temps due to temps lower than 55 degrees. Will come back this spring for pressure check. Furnace. Cycled system. Removed, checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Igniter tested normal. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Heat exchanger was clear. Checked electrical connections and clamps. Cycled system and checked for CO and XS air in exhaust. Normal levels of both found. No CO found in airstream. Dehumidifier was leaking onto basement floor. Found that DR 90 filter was very clogged. Thin layer of ice was on coil of dehumidifier. Cleared drain lines. Found water past drain pan on lower part of unit which was leaking onto floor.
