No heat on the boiler. The pilot wouldn’t light. I checked the aquastat relay and touched the plug for the vent damper. The boiler fired up and was working. The plug in the aquastat is going bad. I cycled the power to the boiler. When I turned it back on the boiler wouldn’t fire. I found the vent damper is seizing up and won’t turn unless you twist the shaft. I got the boiler fired and locked the vent damper into a locked open mode. The aquastat and the vent damper need to be replaced. I also recommend having a clean and tune done to the boiler.
