Only part of the main floor is cooling. Checked motors on dampers and found the first floor motor motor not opening and not allowing airflow. Recommend replacement of motor for the damper or whole damper assembly depending on what is available. Forced motor open locked it in position to allow cooling to the rest of the main floor until a new motor can be installed. Office will call with damper motor replacement price . Reccomend getting a cleaning to take advantage of a 20% discounts on parts and make sure nothing else could happen this summer. Will put low voltage price towards replacement of the damper if they go with it.
