Performed first year furnace cleaning; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, I then removed and cleaned off the burners along with the flame sensor, next I cycled the system on and checked gas pressures and found that second stage was not engaging I did have to reconfigure the Tstat to operate a dual stage furnace, also performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. Due to the amount of dust build up on the blower wheel I highly recommend upgrading to an electronic air cleaner to bring the levels of dust in the home down. This sytem is currently operating normal at this time and heating at 46 degrees. Job complete
