Completed AC replacement. Recovered old refrigerant and disconnected the condenser. Removed the evaporator coil from the plenum and installed the new one with a new door. Set the new condenser pad on top of the owner provided bricks to bring it up off the ground a few inches for landscaping purposes. Placed the new condenser on the pad, flushed the lineset and then reconnected it to the condenser and coil. Pressurized the lineset to 500 psi with nitrogen to test for leaks, then evacuated it to under 500 microns. Released the factory refrigerant charge and then performed a full start up procedure adjusting the charge as needed. Thank you for choosing Black-Haak Heating and Electrical.
