Bill mentioned a couple of furnace related issues to me when arrived. One zone dampers is buzzing and not closing while it’s thermostat is off. While the furnace was running I noticed the unit louder than it should be and decided to clean the furnace also. The transition assembly is cracked and should be replaced (picture added). I removed and cleaned the burners and flame sensor. Cleared the drains and pressure tubing. Secured wired connections. Checked gas pressures. Checked exhaust readings, all normal. The humidifier canister looks good still. The zone damper right above the venting has failed, I will have the office quote to replace it. The filter is getting pretty dirty, I recommend replacing it. I cleaned the boiler. Removed and cleaned the sparker. Expansion tank is good. Removed and cleaned out the drain trap. Fill valve is working properly, system pressure is at 16psi.
