Performed the level 2 package cleaning. Furnace: Burners and ignition assembly are clean. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 45°. The heat exchanger is rusted and worn. No cracks located at this time. Unit is currently operating properly and safe. Howeve, due to age and condition, we cannot gaurantee the future life expectancy. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was normal. Subcool was 10° with a 17° temp split. Unit is cooling properly.
