Removed old gas valve. Used pipe dope on all joints and installed new gas valve. Used gas sniffer to check all joints for any gas leaks, none found. Ensured proper operation of gas valve by verification of tip in known gas source. Freformed first year gas furnace clean and tune. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Cleaned and checked burners and flame sensor. Checked igniter, ok. Checked all electrical connections. Checked clamps. Cleaned drain trap. Cycled system. Adjusted gas pressures to ensure efficient operation. System operating normal at this time. Installed water panel, also left an additional panel. Both at no charge. No water panel was in humidifier. Normal levels of CO and XS air found in exhaust. No CO found in airstream. Job complete.
Changed gas pipe from LP to natural. LP regulator placed on LP tank. Installed gas regulator inside. Changed gas line or if ace to LP. Checked for leaks. Relit boiler.
