I called Blair Mechanical on a weekend as my hot water tank was leaking. They had to order a specific hot water tank in and I was given a quote. I received a phone call first thing Monday morning to let me know the tank was in and that the installation expert would be there shortly. He arrived on time, was professional and had my water tank installed with no problems and the charge was the exact same as the quote!! Hired a private service technician upon a friend's recommendation for a furnace tune up before the winter, only to find that he was not able to get the furnace going and after an hour of trying to troubleshoot, he determined that it's an issue with furnace itself and I'd need to contact Blair (who installed it 2 years ago) Within 15 mins of me calling them, I received a callback from their very experienced technician. I'm not a complete dummy so I was able to follow directions and we went through multiple steps and FINALLY found the problem. It took us an hour on the phone but we fixed it! Technician could have also just said, "oh yeah, a guy has to come by for service call before we can do anything" and charge me. Instead, he recognized an opportunity to earn a customer for life and spent an hour of his time and resolved the issue for me then and there. Great customer service!! I would also like to point out that when I got my furnace installed, Blair's quote was the best price. I even showed it to a competitor, who said flat out that is a really price. I would recommend Blair Mechanical to all my friends & family without hesitation. They perform excellent work, offer fair pricing for it and have given me excellent customer service when I needed it
