Blair Mechanical is a great company, I like being able to prepay for my yearly service. Brendon was punctual, clean, friendly, and just plain nice!

Very satisfied - difficult to assess until the year is over and I know how the equipment performs over e service period.

I cannot rate the quality of the service until the equipment serviced has been in use for a heating/cooling season. Last year's service was excellent because I had no issues with the equipment over the season.

Friendly, well presented, knowledgable technicians who arrive when they are scheduled. When new equipment was required the owner presented us with a few options and some guidance without any pressure. We didn't even bother getting other quotes since our experience with Blair Mechanical has always been so good.
