We had a pipe spring a leak at 9:00 pm on Friday. I called Blau Emergency Service and within 15 min they called back...ready to come out and make the repair. We delayed the service until Saturday morning by shutting off the water. We were told Blau would call back first thing Saturday to schedule the service call. At 7:15 we received the call and were told we would be one of the first appointments of the day. Within two hours, Dave the technician, arrived and within minutes knew what had to be done, provided us with a detailed estimate and thorough explanation of what work needed to be done. The whole repair process took a little more than two hours. During that time, Dave was communicative about some alternate work that was needed, courteous and very professional about his work...while maintain meticulous attention to the cleanliness of the area in which he had to work. We were extremely pleased with the overall service Dave and Blau as a company provided. We have used Blau in the past and would have no hesitation calling them again for any work needed. We have also highly recommended Blau to our three married sons and several of my friends and neighbors. Thanks for the great service!!

Disconnected sump pump discharge piping from sanitary drain and diverted discharge to back yard. Replaced leaking valve serving outside hose bibb.

Installed Trane XR95, Aprilaire 2210 media filter, and new return air ducting.
