Inoperable Deficiency for Zone 3 condensing unit BHM09141 Split System Trane TWA073D30RAA 11113U2BYA: BHM09141 Call was for no cooling zone 3 Turned tstat on to call for cooling. Found unit on the roof was cooling but the compressor had a weird whirring sound every now and then. The compressor windings opened and the pressures equalized. The fan was still spinning. And the unit is still calling for cooling. The compressor came back on and I checked the amp draw. The ampdraw was fluctuating up and down from 27 to 38 amps. The RLA for the compressor is only 22 amps.
