New unit submittal attached to this quote. Reconnect existing gas piping and electrical. Start up and verify proper operation. Provide test and balance, to be performed by sub contractor. We Have Included: City Permit We Have Excluded: Any needed permits from RDU port authorities. Any work not specifically noted above. Controls work. Any seismic restraints and/or hurricane straps. Structural roof load sign-off. Connection of smoke detectors to alarm panel and power. Payment Terms: 50% deposit required prior to ordering equipment for job 50% due upon substantial completion
