Remove and replace one (1) 6 ton gas packaged roof top unit. RTU-60 Details: Recover the refrigerant and refrigerant oil from the existing packaged roof top unit and remove from the site per EPA requirements. Demolish and dispose of the existing packaged roof top unit. Furnish and install one (1) new 6 ton Trane gas packaged roof top unit. Furnish and install adapter curb to fit new unit to existing roof curb. Remove and reuse existing electrical service and disconnect. Furnish and install gas piping to reconnect new equipment. Furnish and install new condensate drain piping. Furnish and install cut off safety float switch for primary drain pan. All work to be performed during normal business hours. Crane, rigging and lift plan. Provide equipment submittals and O&M's. Start-up, test and adjust the new equipment. Equipment is currently in stock and ready for delivery.
