Remove and replace RTU-26, 20 ton R22 Gas Packaged Roof Top Unit Details: Recover the refrigerant and refrigerant oil from the existing packaged roof top units and remove from the site per EPA requirements. Demolish and dispose of the existing packaged roof top unit. Furnish and install one (1) new 20 ton Trane gas packaged roof top unit. Furnish and install curb adapter. Remove and reuse existing electrical service and disconnect. Furnish and install new condensate drain piping. Furnish and install cut off safety float switches in primary drain pan. Model number of new units: Trane YSD240G4RLA All work to be performed during normal business hours. We Have Included: Crane and Rigging to be done during normal business hours.
