Install complete system is working properly.
Condenser is on the will call, coming back tomorrow to replace it.
Upon completing the diagnostic, I found that the drain line was completely clogged. After several attempts to clean it, I was finally able to remove the blockage from inside the drain line. It appeared to be a lizard that had gotten stuck. I have re-piped the outside portion of the drain line to provide proper protection and prevent any outside wildlife from entering.
Upon arrival, I conducted a second opinion on the AC unit and confirmed that the compressor had burned out. The resistance reading between the power supply pins was 168 ohms. After explaining the situation to the customer, I contacted several suppliers and found a store with the required compressor in stock. Upon receiving verbal approval from the customer, I picked up the compressor and returned to complete the installation. All necessary tests were performed, and the system was functioning properly upon my departure.

Replacement of condenser motor is complete. System been tested and it’s working properly.
Upon completing the diagnostic found that the train pan is clogged, I completed unclogged process and drained out the secondary pan.
Customer was not aware of us coming, and like to cancel it, the trip out fee need to be collected
Coming back on Tuesday to replace blower motor
Upon arrival, I inspected the UV light and it was operating properly and the light was shining bright, but since this light was installed approximately four years ago, and the lifetime is only two years, we came up with conclusion and agreement by Customer that we should replace the UV bulb. I would place the order for the UV Bulb and come back with it to replace it on the time of maintenance in October.
Upon completing the diagnostic, I found that the blower motor is defective, even though it receives constant power. It goes on and off randomly, called the supplier and verified warranty information. There is a few motors available on stock, we will provided customer with the earliest time of replacement after we confirm who can pick up the part.
A bunch of leading the diagnostic found a little crack on primary drain pan, Complete the repair, Job was complete under two years warranty
Upon completing the diagnostic found that the system is almost out of a refrigerant, the unit is little over 12 years old and plate of refrigerant type nowhere to be found, my assumption that the unit has R- 22 type of refrigerant, which was discontinued and we won’t be able to find parts or replacement units for that. Because of all of this, my recommendation is to replace entire AC system, I had submitted the information to the home warranty and waiting to hear back from them.
Upon completing the diagnostic on home warranty behalf, I found that the blower motor has failed control board which causing motor to run nonstop as well as run capacitor on condenser is out of range and need replacement, I submitted the report to home warranty and 40 minutes later got respond back stating “ We would not cover this repairs and will notify customer through email within the next two hours”
