Recommended flushing drain lines to clear any obstructions. Customer approved me flushing drain lines, work was performed flushed drain lines, tested for proper water flow, added a gallon of water to ensure everything draining properly, cleared water from switch, made sure everything was properly operational and draining, checked refrigerant pressures, cooling has been restored, customer is aware if this issue happens again plumber will be needed.
