Nic Muse & Jayden were a positive early morning experience with their lovely smiles and greeting as I opened the door. I did appreciate being notified they would be there shortly so I knew who to open the door to. They treated my home with respect, footies, and asked for clarification where everything was located. Nic explained what they were going to do and then review with me when they were finished. Nic had called on my house before so it was really important we had already developed a trust of opinion. He explained everything, answered my questions and it was easy for me to make my own decision as I booked further services without any hesitation or regrets. -I like having the same technician return as a customer relationship has been developed. -Because of that it increases brand/company loyalty. -Nic is a role model of customer service. -if I can always have Nic as my tech sign me up.
