Performed whole home inspection. Really found no issues at this time except for where they tied the water softener in to the Zurn pex with SharkBites. Gave estimate to fix them homeowner approved we are doing it on April 3. Also homeowner approved to flush water heater that is two years old that we installed. Also noticed the vent for the water heater was not sealed properly as per our company when we did not sell it when we changed water heater. Need to seal tomorrow when I come back for other repairs.
