Replace water heater on the second floor. Water heater supplies two restrooms, a kitchenette, and a mop sink. Water Heater leak prevention is required if there is not a proper drain line run outside of the building. An outlet may need to be installed for the water heater leak prevention kit. The customer is responsible for installation of a 110V outlet if required. Replace 40 electric water heater install new pan and pan line. Install flood stop protection. Customer responsibility for power outlet. Hooked up power and no power coming out of junction box, old style fuse box, Joey will look for fuses and fix power or replace box. Tested for leaks and got air out of water heater.
