Customer stated that water was leaking from register in upstairs stairwell. On arrival saw register that was leaking water, went to attic and check for leaking pipes and none found, no water was in drain pan, and drain lines ran in the opposite direction. Removed register and found drywall had a gap on side of register box in attic about 2 feet away from cut in. Showed customer findings and suggested customer contact a contractor to fix drywall that would make register box flush and remove gap. Will have office make referral for contractor to make bid for repairs. Customer did also join comfort club as well.
