Diagnostic System: Refrigerant Type R22/R410A Metering Device-Fixed Orifice/TXV SP/HP SLT/LLT VSAT/LSAT SH/SC Outdoor Entering Air Temperature Notes: upon arrival customer stated that air was blowing but not air. Went into attic to see if blower was operational. Then went to see condenser found that cap was rated 45/5 and it was at 0/2.1 went and told customer what happened and she agreed on changing cap and adding hard start kit to regulate compressor. While checking system out found multiple issues also outside line isn’t insulated, unit does not have any overflow protection and supply plenum is covered in organic growth presented issues to customer but she would like just to get the unit running for now and have this stuff brought up again on tune up. System is operating at this time. Recommendations:
