AC Diagnostic- Clogged drain line System: Downstairs Refrigerant Type R410A Metering Device-TXV SP/HP: 127/340 SLT/LLT: 64/100 VSAT/LSAT: 44/105 SH/SC: 20/5 Outdoor Entering Air Temperature: 90 Filter Size(s) 20x25x4 Notes: Found downstairs drain line clogged and water in the emergency drain pan. The pan looks to have dropped over on the decking but I’m currently not seeing any ceiling damage. I spoke with Mr, Clayton over he phone and he approved installing blowout valve to clear the lines, removing the water from the drain pan and adding a pan float switch to shut the unit down if this happens again. I then proceeded to do the recommendations. Unit has been returned to operational status after the repair. Recommendations:
