install a single outlet in bathroom for electric assist toilet
Replace all trim components and cartridge components. Leave existing shower valve in replace. Not a guaranteed solution due to age and condition of the valve.

Install new taco zone board with pump control . Wire all thermostats to zone control. Install new Honeywell t4 pro thermostat. Install all new zone motors . 4 zones total. Wire all zone motors and end switches . Test run wash zone individually for proper operation. Add surge protection for boiler .
Cleaned ducting and installed a new damper motor.
