The job I had done today consisted of work on the heating system and the cooling system. It was completed very timely and professionally. The Technician called prior to arriving. He kept me informed of his progress on the work. He had pictures of issues that I was able to see for myself at the units. They wear red booties on the shoes when in your home. I thought that was great, seeing that he needed to go outside at times. I will recommend Brazos Services to anyone that has cooling/heating/energy issues. Thank you for your service. P.S., I have the annual service plan and pay monthly. Love the discounts on the work with the service plan.

HVAC Maintenance on a 13 year old system. During this trip we checked the entire system to get it running in tip-top share for summer. we asked the customer to keep an eye on her electric bills and let them know it might be time to replace in the next couple of years.
A/C tune up. Cleared drains and added algae tabs, washed condenser. checked entire system for safety and a/c is properly cooling the entire home and ready for hot weather

NO COOL. FOUND SYSTEM LOW ON CHARGE OR REFRIGERANT, recharged system and now it is cooling home.
No cool. Found fail capacitor with bulk housing, changed capacitor system is fully operational.
No cool. FOUND A WEAK RUN CAPACITOR AND COMPRESSOR NOT RUNNING. CHANGED CAPACITOR AND INSTALLED A HARD START KIT.
