Mazdak is great! I am always so pleased when he is the one who shows up at my door, since I often forget to request him. I feel like I know him. Such a gentleman and very honest, professional and knowledgeable. My only negative is not with a Mazdak, but with all the expensive add-ons suggested. I paid SO much for my entire system, that I thought this stuff would have been included.

HVAC Maintenance on 2 year old system. we checked the system to keep it in the best condition for summer. cleared drain lines and got the air conditioner running efficiently to keep electric bills low.
Mrs Patterson is a long time customer of BVS and called to tell us her 5 year old HVAC system is blowing hot air. We checked her system and found it leaking freon. We ordered a new evaporator coil under warranty of the system. Added more Freon to get the system cooling until the parts come in tomorrow. Will return tomorrow to finish repairs and permanently cooling.
Completed maintenance on Mrs Archers 2 year old HVAC system. Checked her entire system for best efficiency and cleared drains to help keep the system in great shape for cheaper electric bills.
Cooling system maintenance on 5 year old system installed by BVS, Checked all components of the air conditioner to make sure the A/C is running to top performance. Cleared drain lines and added a surge protector to keep the air conditioner safe from power surges.

HVAC Service, Mr. Mills called and said that the air coming out of the vents is not very cool and inside temp is 78 when thermostat is set to 72. Checked entire unit and it is running, properly with no leaks, it was low on refrigerant, charged with new refrigerant and now the system is cooling properly and ready for the rest of the summer.
