Twice a year BVS comes out and goes over both of my HVAC systems. At times they have cleaned coils, burners and the heater box. They have also replaced filters on each visit. The work is always excellent.

Rene is more than a great HVAC tech, he is a trusted friend who provides an above reproach analysis of all systems, replaces any needed parts and suggests improvements when warranted. His suggestion of a surge protector (which he installed during his previous visit) probably saved the units during a recent lightning strike at our house. Many electronic appliances were damaged, but not the Amana heating and A/C units. There was over $3000 worth of damage, not including all ATT telecom equipment and line to their splice.

Sealed Flu pipe vent stack from inside and outside from rain and sunlight
HVAC SERVICE, Customer states that the a/c is blowing hot air. found the air conditioner was low on freon due to a rusted evap coil. Recharged the system and it is cooling until we can get the evap coil ordered and replaced.
