Mrs Melton has been a long time customer of ours and we always love seeing her. During this visit we did an air conditioning tune-up and checked all components to get it in tip-top shape for summer. Since her HVAC system is 9 years old we told her to keep an eye on her electric bills and that it might be time to replace in the next few years.

A/c repair, Customer stated that the air conditioner was not turning on outside at all. we found the freon levels very low and did a leak test. found a leak in the evap coil. ordered new evaporator coil and added freon to get the system cooling until the parts come in to be replaced.

Found water backing up into drains due to broken sewer. fixed the lines and now drains are clear and draining,
Air conditioning system break down diagnostic, Found failed capacitor, replaced capacitor and added hard start kit to help the system on start up due to age. a/c is now cooling.
