Ac maintenance, BVS is working hard to keep the air conditioner running in tip top shape. We cleaned the unit to help keep the electric bills as low as possible on this 10 year old HVAC unit. A/C is ready for the rest of the hot summer.
Mr Marriott called BVS because the air conditioner unit was not turning on. BVS checked the system and found the contactor was burnt and electric board was shorted out. We replaced both and now the air conditioner is running properly and ready for the rest of summer.
