Air conditioning system maintenance, cleared drains lines and added algae tabs, washed condenser. checked all freon levels and a/c is running properly and efficiently
Heating maintenance, cleared drain lines and added algae tabs, checked all safety on furnace. checked flame sensor and ignitor both working properly. checked for carbon monoxide leak none found. Furnace is ready for cold weather.
Air conditioning system diagnostic, customer stated that here is a water spot on the ceiling on down stairs living room. checked all drain lines from a/c and water pans, no water or leaks were found. the water spot in living room is right underneath the bathroom upstairs. customer declined having our number come checked those lines to find leak. a/c is working properly at this time.
Air conditioner repair. Customer said the upstairs was blowing warm air. Found the system low on freon due to a Leak in the Evaporator Coil. orders new evaporator coil for install tomorrow. until then added more freon to get the upstair cooling.
