Brody Pennell installed my AC in 2006 and I have used them ever since for annual maintenance for my AC and heating. They have provided excellent, quality service over the years. I have not price compared to other companies.
Juan Molina arrived during the appointment window. He discovered the owner's manual inside the fan housing, apparently left there when the unit was installed five years ago. This could have been a problem if the manual got drawn into the fan. On servicing the exterior unit, he recommended changing a capacitor after testing it. There is value in having an experienced service specialist who knows the trouble spots and has the parts on hand. Mr. Molina was very professional, and careful about being neat and clean. One concern: $180 for a capacitor, a passive part that is cheap to make and keep in inventory. I understand dealer markup, but I thought that was extreme.
Performed heating maintenance on split system. Checked blower motor with capacitor. Checked igniter and cleaned flame sensor. Also checked humidifier and gas pressure. System is working properly good at this time.
