Your company is great and Christian based!!!!! Everyone I've ever met there are super nice. David came and the heat was back on within the 1st 5 min. He inspected and told me it was $129 plus he wanted me to pay extra for maintinence fees. It blew me away because this is Christmas and I always paid at least $89. That's a $40 increase. I know this was unexpected so now I can't buy a Christmas gift for my mom, niece and nephew. I will always use this company forever, but the price for this service was rediculous!!!!! I just don't have that type of money.

Customer called for service agreement. Checked all motors, capacitors, amp draw of all components, cleared drains, put pan tablets in drain pan, changed all filters, checked for proper temperature rise 5 min after starting furnaces, cleaned flame sensor on upstairs unit checked all pressure switch ports to ensure they were clear of obstruction. Adjusted main level unit from medium speed tap to medium high on heat mode to assist in moving more air around the room while heat is on. 10 ft ceilings on 1st floor and entryway and living room both are open to the 2nd floor so heat naturally wants to rise making it feel cooler. Delta T on main level furnace dropped from 58 degrees to 53 degrees which is still plenty. Main level system also had ecm motor with low speed tap for fan setting. Upstairs unit has 38 degree Delta T. Let customer know if the adjustments we made didn't get the desired results then to try to run fan in the on position.
