Replaced system at customer’s house, sealed duct work of, checked system for proper operation after completion of install, checked pressures and delta t. System was operating at time of departure.
Arrived to find compressor not running due to a bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and tested system. Found system slightly low but customer doesn’t wish to add any refrigerant at this time. Cleared drain and temperature difference was 18. System functions properly at this time. Customer signed up for annual maintenance plan.
Repairing a 2016 Trane air conditioning system
Performed heating maintenance at customer’s house. Checked amp draw, cleaned blower wheel, changed filter and batteries, took delta t, checked system for proper operation in heating mode.
Maintenance on a 2014 Carrier air conditioning system
Performed ac maintenance on Mr. McCormick's system. Changed the air filter and cleaned drain line. Cleaned the outdoor coils, checked freon levels.
