Performed cooling maintenance at customer’s house, cleaned condenser, checked drain line, checked for proper operation in cooling mode, changed filter, took delta t. System was cooling at departure
Arrived and the outdoor unit wasn't coming on, discovered that the run capacitor was swollen and completely out of range. Replaced the capacitor and system came on, checked refrigerant and it was ok. Thanks for choosing Brown!
Arrive for no cooling call. Found system completely frozen up. Thought out and found multiple leaks on indoor coil and leak at outdoor coil. System is 18 years old and uses our 22. Added refrigerant to get customers by and We’ll return tomorrow to go over replacement options.

Performing a 2 system heating maintenance. Checked all components and gas pressures and cleaned flame sensors and pressure tube ports. Both systems function properly at this time.
Arrived at customer’s home to replace air handler. Installed a new thermostat. After installation was completed the system was run in heating and cooling mode, checked for pressures, leaks, and proper operations. Everything checked ok.

Found weak run capacitor 40+5 reading 35.2+4.52. Also found outdoor unit is 2.5 ton indoor is 2.0. Indoor unit was also set to low fan speed allowing unit to flood back liquid refrigerant to the compressor. Speed blower up and checked for proper operation. Phillip approved capacitor replacement. Equipment working properly at time of departure.
Upon arrival I found a burnt wire on the compressor due to a loose connection I repaired wire and system is working properly at time of departure.
I found a bad dual run capacitor. I replaced the capacitor, cleaned coil and checked for proper operation. All equipment working properly at time of departure. Thank you for your business. It is our pleasure to serve you.
