Found weak run capacitor 40+5 reading 35.2+4.52. Also found outdoor unit is 2.5 ton indoor is 2.0. Indoor unit was also set to low fan speed allowing unit to flood back liquid refrigerant to the compressor. Speed blower up and checked for proper operation. Phillip approved capacitor replacement. Equipment working properly at time of departure.
