As always, the service rep was punctual, courteous and addressed any questions that I had. He performed the maintenance in an efficient and competent manner. Performed heating maintenance at customer’s house, changed filter, checked for proper operation in heating mode, put settings back on thermostat as requested, took delta t, system functioning properly at departure

Arrived to find dirty evaporator, disconnected supply run and low fan speed. Made all repairs and adjustments. System functions properly at this time.
